Thinking of having a baby?
To reduce the risk of harm to your unborn baby it’s a great idea to plan ahead a little. Try & get yourself into some regular exercise & a healthy diet. It’s really important to stop smoking to keep your baby as healthy as possible. Don’t drink too much alcohol either! Taking regular Folic Acid for the 3 months before you get pregnant & for the 3 months after this is recommended. Finally, it's also recommended that you take a supplement containing 10mcg of vitamin D during pregnancy and while you're breastfeeding.
