We are registered with the CQC, a national Quality measure - see the link below.
We are constantly striving to provide a safe service to our patients and one that can be easily accessible in the time of need.
We regularly check the monitoring of problematic drugs we prescribe, and physical interventions we provide. We ensure staff training is up to date.
It is acknowledged that access via our telephone lines is limited although the team is doing its best. To this end we envisage an upgrade to our telephone systems in 2019. Accessing us via this website is gaining popularity also, and you will see there are many extra resources available to you on this website to help you find the information you need.
We are delighted to say that the CQC inspection that took place here in August 2015 has awarded us with a "Good" rating for all areas of care. Please click here for the full report.
NHS Choices is the UK's biggest health website. It provides a comprehensive health information service to help put you in control of your healthcare. You can provide feedback on our service here.
