To obtain full access, firstly visit us in person with proof of your identity and we will give you a code so you can complete the registration process online. (Proof of identity is a photo ID such as a Passport or Driving Licence, plus a utility bill with your address dated within the last 3 months. OR a Provisional Driving Licence and two further documents with your address, such as utility bills). Once you have your code, Click here to register for "Patient Access"
Over The Counter Medication:
Your GP, nurse or pharmacist will not generally give you a prescription for over the counter medicines for a range of minor health concerns, even if you qualify for free prescriptions.
Instead, over the counter medicines are available to buy in a pharmacy or supermarket in your local community. The team of health professionals at your local pharmacy can offer help and clinical advice to manage minor health concerns and if your symptoms suggest it’s more serious, they’ll ensure you get the care you need. Please help the NHS to use resources sensibly.

MINOR INJURIES: We do not provide a minor injuries service. You should attend A&E or a local minor iunjuries unit. The LIVE WAITING times for these services are listed here.
EMERGENCY: Dial 999 or go to your nearest A&E Department (you must not dial 999 for anything other than an emergency)
